  • Deliver planting workshops and hands-on training sessions to farming communities purchasing our seedlings
  • Collaborate with our nursery, quality control, and agronomy teams to align planting guidance and share field insights

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Soil Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on agronomy or extension experience, preferably with coffee or smallholder farming systems
  • Strong knowledge of coffee agronomy, disease management, and sustainable farming practices
  • Ability to assess and respond to real-time field conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with farmers and team members alike
  • Familiarity with agri-tech tools and farm data platforms is a plus
  • Willingness to travel regularly across coffee-growing districts within your assigned region

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and field support resources
